I once wrote a blog entitled My Faith in Percy about Percy Faith. To me he could hit no wrong note. Anything he played was exquisite. His arrangements were perfect. If I could I would devote a whole show to him but the DMCA rules only allows me four songs per show (or any 3 hours period). So, I chose Night of My Nights, Caribbean Nights, and Golden Boy.
The songs on this show are all instrumentals, so to you ballad people, give us a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
I can always tell if a show is good. I let my husband hear it. If he likes it, he closes his eyes, smiles and says “beautiful”. (He is not a fan of rock and roll – so I don’t ask him).

Many years back, my then teenage daughter and I were in The Gap paying for purchases. We heard this beautiful melody but did not get the name. Many years passed before I heard the music again. It was on a Burn the Floor DVD Part II. It’s Kinobe’s Slip into Something More Comfortable. The name says it all.
Listen for Mark Isham’s Life as a House (brilliant movie) and Michael Gore’s Defending Your Life from Albert Brooks’ movie. An interviewer once asked Albert if he ever thought about the afterlife. He responded, “Did you ever see Defending Your Life?” That was hysterical. I wrote to him and told him that movie changed my life.
